Warranty Information


This warranty is an express limited warranty given by Wellness Technology Australia Pty Ltd (“WTAPL”) for the PlusLife Health Ice Bath (the “Product”) and is valid for the period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, WTAPL warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.

Covered Parts: This warranty covers faulty parts including the ice bath chiller, the ice bath tub, and the interconnecting pipework inside of the ice bath.

Not Covered: This warranty does not cover defects or damages arising from improper use, misuse, neglect, alteration, or accident. Technical issues with connecting your smartphone to the app for controlling the ice bath are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, failure to perform regular maintenance on your ice bath may result in voiding the warranty.

Voided Warranty: Any modification made to your PlusLife Health Ice Bath will void the warranty. In addition, if any unauthorised person, firm or corporation undertakes to repair or modify the Product, the warranty may be void. Regular routine maintenance must be performed to keep the unit in stable working condition (cleaning strainer filter, replacing cartridge filter).

Voiding Warranty for Customised Ice Bath Orders:

- Chiller must be no more than 1.5m above or below bath. 
- The interconnecting pipework must be no longer than 10m of pipe run (5 to and from the ice bath).
- Must have rigid pipe to and from chiller. Flexible pipe with long pipe runs will create air pockets which can damage components.
- Maintenance on chiller units must be performed as per maintenance specifications..
- Chiller unit must have at least 2x2m ventilated space.

Making a Claim: To make a claim, the purchaser must notify WTAPL in writing of any alleged defect or malfunction of the Product within the warranty period. The purchaser shall provide evidence of the purchase date and a description of the defect or malfunction. Upon receipt of the claim, WTAPL shall investigate the alleged defect or malfunction and may require the return of the Product to its place of purchase or to WTAPL.

If, upon inspection by WTAPL, the Product is found to be defective or malfunctioning due to faulty parts covered under this warranty, WTAPL will, at its option, repair or replace the defective or malfunctioning part(s) free of charge.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The rights and remedies provided to the purchaser in this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all other remedies, including without limitation, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from any breach of warranty or under any other legal theory.

This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase and does not extend to any Product that has been tampered with, misused, abused, neglected, altered, or is otherwise damaged due to causes beyond the control of WTAPL.
