Shipping
Shipping will be conducted via DHL Global Forwarding, depending on stock availability, it will be shipped from Australia or from the UAE. It will be charged and calculated at checkout. If there is no price available at checkout (i.e. the price is calculated as $0, please contact us for a personalised shipping quote).
Shipping Times
After the expected lead time for your order, there will be a 3-5 business day delivery time. You will be provided with a tracking number upon order dispatch.
The courier will deliver the order on a pallet, and depending on your property type, will be able to deliver it at your front door.
Refunds
There is a 48 hour cooling off period if you have changed your mind, you are eligible for a full refund within that 48 hour window from the time you made the purchase.
After that 48 hour period, you are eligible for a 75% refund of the total order price up until the moment that your order has been built and is ready for delivery. After that point, you will no longer be eligible for any refund.
Any customised Ice Bath orders are not eligible for any refund after the 48 hour cooling off period.
